What range of standard sizes do you offer for ready-made carton boxes ?
As a leading carton box manufacturer and packaging supplies in KL, Malaysia, We have more than 30 sizes of readymade carton boxes available for immediate purchase. Please refer to the Price List section for more details.

What flutes/board grades are available for your ready-made carton boxes ?
We offer all sorts of flutes and board grades to suit your needs. Common ones include A-Flute, B-Flute, E-Flute, AB-Flute, BC-Flute and BE-Flute. We also offer different paper hardness to support heavier packages.

What is the maximum weight capacity for each of your standard box types/sizes?
We recommend to use Single wall for goods below 8kg, and Double wall for anything above 8kg and fragile items.

Are your ready-made carton boxes suitable for specific uses, such as shipping fragile items, heavy goods, or food products? 
Our ready-made boxes are mainly for goods packaging, shipping and storage purposes. It is not suitable for food products.

Do you offer any pre-printed ready-made carton boxes (e.g., “Fragile,” “This Way Up”) or are all standard boxes plain?
We offer printing on boxes with MOQ of 1000 pcs. We can print designs in multiple colors according to your specification. You may also customize the box size according to your needs

What types of closures are available ?
The most common one being Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) and mailer box, which we have ready stocks at our warehouse. We can provide other special boxes/products such as Half Slotted Carton (HSC), Die-cut boxes, inner nesting, layer pad and angle bar, among others. These special boxes are subject to MOQ and manufacturing lead-time

Do you offer bulk discounts or tiered pricing based on quantity?
We offer attractive discounts based on quantity. Depends on your order volume, we do offer rebate as much as 70% on certain products. We also provide free quotation for customized boxes. We provide guarantee to be cheaper than your current suppliers if you could provide proof in official documentation. Please reach out to us for further information

What quality control processes do you have in place for your carton boxes?
We have a dedicated QC team to check on production quality and ensure that none of the defective boxes can make it through the production line. In rare cases where defective boxes are delivered to you, we provide refund for the defective boxes within 24 hours. 

Are your carton boxes made from recycled materials, and are they recyclable themselves?
Our carton boxes are made from 100% recycled materials. In fact, carton boxes are known to be environmentally friendly by offering good recyclability & biodegradability.

Can you provide samples of your ready-made boxes before I place a larger order?
Definately,we provide samples for both ready-made and customized boxes.
